Defiance Community Cultural Council
The Defiance Community Cultural Council provides opportunities for Defiance area citizens to come together, to see, to listen, to talk, to share the rich traditions of their cultures, and to welcome and embrace the diversity of all people.
Defiance will become a more vibrant community with a sense of historical identity, cultural awareness and receptivity, a respect for historic preservation, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
Bands, Bands, Bands!
The upcoming performers for the 2010 - 2011 Performance Series Bands, Bands, Bands! will be:
- The GeezeCats - September 23, 7:30 p.m. - Historic Valentine Theater
- Cole Remembered - October 7, 8:15 p.m. - Schomburg Auditorium
- The Jack Schantz Quartet - January 13, 7:30 p.m. - Historic Valentine Theater
- Big Band Sound of the DCCB - February 3, 7:30 p.m. - Historic Valentine Theater
- The Juggernaut Jug Band - March 24, 7:30 p.m. - Historic Valentine Theater
Sunday at the Center
The upcoming performers for the 2010 - 2011 Performance Series Sunday at the Center will be:
- Toledo Trio with Clarinetist - September 12, 7:00 p.m.
- Duo Allant - October 24, 7:00 p.m.
- Hamann Sisters - November 21, 7:00 p.m.
- Salzedo Harp Duo - January 16, 7:00 p.m.
- Conundrum - March 13, 7:00 p.m.
These performances will be held at the Defiance Arts & Media Center.
2010 - 2011 Performance Series
To become a member of the new series at last season's prices, select your level of membership and/or sponsorship and mail your check to DCCC, P.O. Box 294, Defiance, OH 43512. Tickets will be mailed in September.
Your membership will pay for less than half of the cost of the series. To allow us to keep the memberships affordable for everyone, please consider a fully tax-deductible gift. Sponsors will be listed in all programs of both series.

- Membership(s) for both Series - $60 for ten concerts
- Series Membership(s) for Bands, Bands, Bands! - $35 for five concerts
- Series Membership(s) for Sunday at the Center - $35 for five concerts
